Anna G. Sverrisdóttir (Iceland) worked for 22 years in tourism business. She has been with the Blue Lagoon from 1995-2008, as the MD the last years. In this time the company has developed from a small business to a leading international wellness company. Is on the board of Travel Industry Association and the Tourist Board, is a substitute member of The Trade Council of Iceland. She lead a committee on the development of Health Tourism in Iceland 2000-02.  Anna studied Business Administration in Norway.

Caroline Tayar (Italy) Industrial designer, Brand designer. Graduated from Istituto Europeo Milan in 1993. Through the years collaborated with various Icelandic companies in following the brand and the global image, such as 66° North, Blue Lagoon, Tækniskólinn, Kaffitár.

Jörn Frenzel (Germany) Dipl.-Ing. architect, Registered at Board of Architects Berlin. Jörn is a German architect with approx. 10 years professional experience. He has worked for corporate and very small clients alike in the hospitality and spa field. After being the only person in his East German hometown to own a Sugarcubes album (!) in 1988, he turned to Iceland in 2008 to work closer in his main fields of interest: sustainability, multidisciplinary design and wellness architecture. A liking and understanding of these issues was attained in various countries including Hong Kong, UK, Russia and Germany. Jörn is a multi-lingual networker and designer with strong communication and conceptual skills.

Igor Micevic(Serbia) Graphic designer. Graduated from the Academy of Applied Arts and Design in Belgrade, Serbia, 2003. Worked as a freelance graphic designer and art director for Ogilvy and Mather nd Domino Advertising (Belgrade), Barnbrook Studio (London), Design Group Italia (Milano). Various projects include environment protection.

María Sjöfn Dupuis Davíðsdóttir (Iceland) Industrial Designer. MA in Design from Domus Academy, Milan 2002. First prize in the Prisma lighting competition in 2007.  Designs have been exhibited in Icelandand abroad. Her work has been published in the Icelandic press and magazines abroad. Worked for Design and Architectural firms in Reykjavik, Madrid, Milan and recently for Foster + Partners in London.

Olga Guðrun Sigfusdottir (Iceland) Dipl.-Ing. architect. Registered at Board of Architects in Iceland. Gratuated from Technical University of Berlin 2000. Student Architectural Award 2000 “Bathing park at Myvatn”. Since 2000 she has worked on various SPA and Wellness projects such as Blue Lagoon, Blue Lagoon Clinic, Blue Lagoon Hreyfing and SPA proposals for Husavik and Myvatn. 2007 The Icelandic Architectural Award with VA architects, Blue Lagoon Clinic. 2009 DesignMarch curator in charge for Architects' Association of Iceland. Since 2007 visiting lecturer at Iceland Academy of the Arts. 

Sigrún Birgisdóttir (Iceland) Architect, BA (Hons) AA Dipl. Graduated 2001 Architecture Association, London. Director of Studies Architecture Iceland Academy of Arts. Lectured and examined widely in Design and architecture in UK since 1999. Architecture experience on a variety of projects housing, education, commercial projects and services ; Iceland, UK, Italy, USA, Japan, Zanzibar.

Sigurdur Thorsteinsson (Iceland) Has lived 20 years in Milan where he is a partner of DGI a historical design agency. Among his clients ABB, 3M, Unilever, Samsung but his heart is in smaller Icelandic projects like; 66 North, Kaffitár and Blue Lagoon. Worked with BL since 1997 on strategy, brand building and marketing strategies. For a while operated as an internal manager responsible for the activities abroad.
